“I'm not one of those people who send/spread love and light. In fact, I don't even know how to do that even if I wanted to. Being part of a community/family has been a challenge for me for way too many years because of the many distorsions that kept me closed off for as long as I can remember. I'm relearning how to trust myself and other people thanks to Lisa. It took a while to make the step to join this group, but I'm so happy I got over my fear.
